PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session is designed to guide you through simple, practical breathwork techniques to calm your mind, ease tension, or unlock creativity.

 

The session includes:

• Introduction: A brief overview of the theme and what to expect.

• Breathwork Practice: 30 minutes of guided, technical breathing exercises tailored to the session’s focus.

• Cooling Down: Time to transition back, allowing your mind and body to fully absorb the benefits.

 

SETTING UP YOUR SPACE

To get the most out of your session, set yourself up in a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted. We recommend:

• Eye Mask: To block out light and help you focus inward.

• Headphones or Earbuds: For the best sound experience and full immersion.

• Position: Lay down in a relaxed position with a blanket or pillow for added comfort.

 

This setup allows you to fully relax and experience the session without distractions. Each session is straightforward, effective, and focused on helping you reset and recharge.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

 

Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it’s important to listen to your body and take precautions if needed. Please keep the following in mind:

• Medical Conditions: If you have any pre-existing conditions such as cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, or epilepsy, consult your doctor before participating.

• Pregnancy: If you’re pregnant, we recommend modifying the exercises or skipping sessions that involve intense breathing techniques.

• Dizziness or Discomfort: It’s normal to feel lightheaded during breathwork. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, pause the practice and return to normal breathing.

• Hydration: Make sure you’re well-hydrated before the session, and avoid heavy meals beforehand.

 

Your safety is the priority. Always go at your own pace, and don’t hesitate to stop or adjust the exercises to suit your comfort level. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out before the session.
