I’m not a guru. I’m just someone who knows what it feels like to be stuck in your head. For years, I dealt with overthinking, anxiety, and grief that I couldn’t quite shake. It wasn’t until I discovered breathwork—after some serious skepticism, I’ll admit—that I found a way to quiet the noise and actually feel present.

 

Now, I help others do the same. My approach is straightforward and practical, with none of the “woo-woo” that might make you roll your eyes. I know how important it is to feel grounded in reality, and that’s what my sessions are all about: tools you can actually use, wherever you are, whenever you need them.
